To return your BackJoy product(s), please submit the form below.
Please note, returns will not be accepted on products marked FINAL SALE or clearance items discounted at 50% off or more. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you with prepaid return labels and instructions for return. You can then ship the product back to us at no cost to you. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. Products must be returned undamaged. When the return is accepted, the customer will be refunded the original purchase amount via original method of payment. Fields with an asterisk are required.
