Free Shipping on All Continental U.S. Orders

BackJoy is proud to offer free ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States only. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico are subject to a flat $14.99 shipping fee. Due to the large size of the item, any pillow shipping to Canada will incur a $25 surcharge fee per pillow. International shipping is not available.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

You must place your order by 12/21/16 at 12:00 pm EST in order to receive your order on or before 12/24/16. If your order is placed before the 12/21/16 deadline, we will expedite our standard free shipping to ensure your product arrives on or before 12/24/16. Free shipping is available for customers in the continental U.S. only. Shipping fee exceptions will still apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico as per the conditions listed above.

Items purchased from BackJoy.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.


Free Returns

You can return any product purchased on BackJoy.com to receive a full refund (excluding FINAL SALE items). Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. To request a return, please complete the Return Request form at www.backjoy.com/returns. A Customer Service Specialist will then contact you with prepaid return labels and instructions for return. You can then ship the product back to us at no cost to you. Please make sure to include your return number, your name, email, complete address, and phone number all clearly written on the package so as not to delay processing time. Returns are mailed to:

Given the personal nature of the BackJoy SleepSound Pillow, we can only accept a return if the item is damaged at time of delivery or if there is a product defect. If you purchased your BackJoy SleepSound Pillow at a retail store, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
