Imphy Squizer Massage Roller

Imphy Squizer Massage roller has two wheels of the Squizer. Simply glide your roller to release, massaging or stretch your tired  muscles and promote blood circulation.

• Suitable for stiff, tight and tense points. Gently apply pressure and glide back and forth 20 to 30 rotations over affected areas
• Roll it up while squeezing toward the logo on the handle.
• Commence with light touch and gradually increase pressure accordingly to release muscles.
• By releasing pressure towards the heart (centre of the body), it is more effective for promoting blood circulation. Use the handle logo up for small muscles such as calves and arms and logo down for larger muscles such as thighs
